Freeze-dried strawberries are 100% freeze-dried strawberries that retain the colour, shape and flavour of fresh strawberries, without any added stabilisers or flavourings. Only ripe, fresh fruit is selected for freeze-drying.
Freeze-drying is the process of drying fruit by freezing. The fruit is first rapidly frozen and then dried at a lower pressure, where the water in the fruit turns to vapour, allowing the fruit to retain its natural structure, colour, aroma and, above all, nutritional value, including all the vitamins and minerals found in fresh fruit. Quite simply, everything found in fresh fruit can also be found in freeze-dried fruit. The

Usage:
