Detailed product description
Freeze-dried blueberries are 100% blueberries, freeze-dried without any additives or preservatives, and free from chemical treatments and flavourings.
Freeze-drying is the process of drying fruit by freezing it. The fruit is first rapidly frozen and then dried at a lower pressure, where the water in the fruit turns to vapour, allowing the fruit to retain its natural structure, colour, aroma and, above all, nutritional value, including all the vitamins and minerals found in fresh fruit. Quite simply, everything you find in fresh blueberries can also be found in freeze-dried ones. Health
