Sunflower seeds are a good source of essential linoleic acid. They are an excellent source of fibre, protein, vitamin E and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, selenium, calcium and zinc. In addition, sunflower seeds contain phytosterols.

Usage:
