Dr. Oetker Naturamyl banana-flavoured
pudding combines the traditional Czech taste of Naturamyl with the high quality of Dr. Oetker.
The pudding is made from carefully selected ingredients. The product is based on maize starch. It contains no sweeteners and the finished pudding is easily digestible.
Ingredients:
Maize starch, flavouring, colourings (riboflavin, beta-carotene).
Nutritional values (per 100 g of the finished product):
Energy: 381 kJ/90 kcal.
Protein: 2.9 g. Carbohydrates: 16.6 g (of which sugars 11 g). Fat: 1.3 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.8 g). Salt: 0.1 g
Usage:
Method:
1. Take about 1/3 of the 1/2 l milk and mix in the contents of the sachet.
2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of sugar (30–40 g) to the remaining milk and bring to the boil.
3. Pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk.
4. Cook for a further 1 minute, stirring constantly. The finished product is intended for immediate consumption.
On the Dukan Diet, 15 g per day is permitted as a ‘tolerated food’, provided that the sugar is replaced with an artificial sweetener.
