Dr. Oetker Naturamyl chocolate-flavoured
pudding combines the traditional Czech taste of Naturamyl with the high quality of Dr. Oetker.
The pudding is made from carefully selected ingredients. The product is based on maize starch. It contains no sweeteners and the finished pudding is easily digestible.
Ingredients:
Maize starch, reduced-fat cocoa powder (9.0 per cent), table salt.
Nutritional values (per 100g of the finished product):
Energy: 383 kJ/91 kcal.
Protein: 3.0 g. Carbohydrates: 16.4 g (of which sugars 10.9 g). Fat: 1.4 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.9 g). Salt: 0.12 g
Usage:
Method:
1. Measure out about 1/3 of the 1/2 litre of milk and stir in the contents of the sachet.
2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of sugar (30–40 g) to the remaining milk and bring to the boil.
3. Pour the prepared mixture into the boiling milk.
4. Cook for a further 1 minute, stirring constantly. The finished product is intended for immediate consumption.
On the Dukan Diet, 15 g per day is permitted as a ‘tolerated food’, provided that the sugar is replaced with an artificial sweetener.
