Detailed product description
Psyllium is an excellent source of fibre. It consists of the dried, purified husks of Indian plantain seeds. Psyllium has the ability to absorb large amounts of water, thereby increasing its volume several times over. Not only does this create a feeling of fullness, but it also aids regular bowel movements. Including psyllium in your diet contributes to the normal functioning of the digestive system – it helps food pass through the intestines. It helps maintain healthy levels of blood cholesterol and blood lipids.
