Detailed product description
Oat bran helps to supplement fibre in a diet consisting mainly of refined foods. It contains valuable minerals and vitamins, particularly B vitamins. Oat bran is, surprisingly, very tasty even when dry and can be successfully ‘sneaked’ into various mueslis and also into baked goods, to which it adds more fibre. It contains valuable minerals and vitamins, particularly B vitamins.
They are a suitable component of a daily diet when dieting. They are very rich in protein and soluble fibre. They have a high absorption capacity. In the stomach, they expand to up to 20 times their original volume, so we feel full and do not feel hungry. Furthermore, they have exceptional viscosity, which means that in the large intestine they bind to all the surrounding nutrients, which are then excreted along with the bran and cannot be absorbed. They are also low in calories.

Usage:
Bran helps prevent constipation. When following a diet, you can add bran to pancakes (both savoury and sweet) and to baked goods prepared in accordance with dietary guidelines, where it essentially replaces the flour. Or you can mix them into low-fat plain yoghurt with a sweetener, like muesli. It’s entirely up to you. If you’ve forgotten about them during the day, you can even have them on their own at the last minute, washed down with water. But that’s a shame, because they enrich so many dishes
