Saves you time and effort! Originally a Russian dish, it has spread around the world thanks to its unmistakable flavour. Beef from the hindquarter, cut into thin strips, braised until tender with cream and mushrooms, seasoned with tomato purée, butter and lemon. Don’t hesitate to try this authentic Eastern European dish.

Storage:
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +1 to +30 °C. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 48 hours.
