ready-to-eat, sterilised meal, free from preservatives and gluten, with a long shelf life. A healthier version of the classic dish. Ideal for travelling. You can even treat yourself to it occasionally whilst on a diet, as it contains less fat and carbohydrates than the traditional dish. It saves you time and effort! The most popular and prestigious dish of Czech cuisine, prepared according to a tried-and-tested recipe. Beef hindquarter larded with bacon according to traditional recipes, braised until tender in a vegetable stock made from carrots, parsley, celery and onions, flavoured with bay leaf, thyme and allspice. The sauce is thickened with cream and gluten-free flour, and seasoned with lemon and sugar.

Usage:
Very practical, not just for travelling and holidays. Storage:
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of +1 to +30 °C. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 48 hours.
