Usage:
Allowed in unlimited quantities from Phase 1 of the Dukan Diet onwards.
For the ‘step-by-step’ method: unlimited – Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun. Tear off the top of the packaging and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Serve!
