A delicious blend of creamy konjac pearls, mushrooms, fine traditional Italian Parmesan (Gran Padano) and cooked onion. This konjac risotto is vegetarian, has a Nutriscore B rating, is low in calories (-56%), reduced in carbohydrates and rich in fibre. This is a new generation of konjac pasta, cooked in France, requiring no rinsing, odourless and ready in just 1 minute in the microwave. Ideal for quick and gourmet weight loss.

Water, mushrooms (15%), konjac pearls 11% (tapioca starch, konjac flour, water, firming agent: calcium hydroxide, tapioca syrup, antioxidant: citric acid), onion, crème fraîche 8% (milk), Grana Padano 2% (milk), garlic, salt, milk proteins, pepper

Usage:
Permitted quantities on the Dukan Diet: prohibited in Phase 1; 1–2 sachets per day in Phase 2; 1–2 sachets per day in Phase 3; and no restrictions in Phase 4.
For the ‘step-by-step’ method: no sachets – Mon, Tue; 1–2 sachets – Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Serve!
Storage:
Store in the original packaging at room temperature; once opened, keep in the fridge.
