Detailed product description
Liquid concentrate – a table-top sweetener containing steviol glycosides for use in food, 200 times sweeter than sugar, calorie-free and with a glycaemic index of zero. It is the perfect alternative to sugar, fructose or artificial sweeteners.
Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) of steviol glycosides: 4 mg/kg body weight per day.
The sweetener is very well tolerated by both people with normal glucose metabolism and those with diabetes mellitus (EFSA 2010, 8(4):1537).
Suitable for sweetening drinks, yoghurt, muesli, salads, desserts and sauces.
