Pure pharmaceutical-grade oil – Paraffinum liquidum. Only one type of oil is permitted on the Dukan Diet – paraffin oil. It may only be used cold; it must not be heated.
It is the only oil that passes through the digestive tract without being stored as fat. It contains no calories. It
can only be purchased from a chemist’s.
Ingredients:
Pure paraffin oil – paraffinum liquidum
Usage:
Use paraffin oil only in small quantities, as it has a laxative effect, which in turn can help with constipation.
Never boil it!
On the Dukan Diet, use it in small quantities in dressings, mayonnaise or to finish off certain dishes
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Protect from light
Suitable for:
gluten-free, from phase 1 of the Dukan Diet without limits, for weight loss, sugar-free
