Fine
maize starch is suitable for thickening soups, vegetables and sauces, and for preparing gluten-free meals. All these dishes then have a particularly delicate flavour.
On the Dukan Diet, we also use it in baking doughs instead of flour.

Usage:
To thicken soups and sauces, always mix the cornflour with a small amount of cold water and, whilst stirring constantly, add it to the boiling dish towards the end of cooking. Bring to the boil a few times, then remove from the heat.
When preparing dishes, add cornflour to 1 litre of liquid in the following quantities: 1–1.5 tablespoons for soups and 3–3.5 tablespoons for sauces.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
