AND THEY ARE ORGANIC. (You must reduce the amount of oat bran by one tablespoon compared to the amount in your current phase.)
Konjac Shirataki are very low-calorie, fibre-rich pasta alternatives with a neutral flavour, but with 35 times fewer calories than pasta! They can be eaten with all kinds of sauces and used as a substitute for pasta with meat and vegetables.
Dr Dukan developed this product specifically for those who need to lose weight or manage their weight, but are put off by the smell of the brine in which traditional shirataki noodles are preserved. Try this unique, second-generation patented konjac shirataki!

Usage:
Permitted quantity on the Dukan Diet: unlimited in all phases.
On the ‘step-by-step’ method: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun – unlimited.
Bring 1 litre of water to the boil. Open the packet and pour the noodles into the boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water. Serve with meat, fish, vegetables, sauce, etc.
