Detailed product description
Crunchy and tasty pretzels developed specifically according to a recipe by Pierre Dukan, the founder of the Dukan Diet. They are an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran and chocolate. They contain 42% organic oat bran (ground and sieved certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran).
These pretzels are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption.
Ingredients:
Oat bran 40%; dark chocolate with sweetener 35% (cocoa mass, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins, natural vanilla flavouring); sweeteners: maltitols, isomalt; rapeseed oil 4.5 per cent; acacia fibre; milk proteins: casein; raising agent: ammonium carbonates; whole egg powder; skimmed milk powder; wheat gluten; natural nut flavouring
