Skimmed milk
powder is made from high-quality pasteurised milk. A comprehensive quality control system ensures the product’s consistent quality. We use it wherever milk is required – for making coffee, hot chocolate, soups, sauces, dough, porridge, custards, etc.
Ingredients:
Skimmed milk powder. Dry matter: min. 96 per cent. Fat: 1.25 per cent. This packet will yield 3.6 litres of high-quality skimmed milk with a fat content of 0.125 per cent.

Usage:
Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Mix 5–6 teaspoons (24 g) of powdered milk into 250 ml of lukewarm drinking water. No boiling is required. Recommended mixing ratio: 1 part powder to 9 parts water.
On the Dukan Diet, we also use it when baking both sweet and savoury dishes
Storage:
Store at a temperature not exceeding 24°C and at a relative humidity not exceeding 70 per cent. After removing the required amount, close the packet securely to prevent the milk powder from hardening.
