Pu-erh
tea has been known and loved in China since time immemorial. It is grown in Yunnan Province and made from green leaves, which are then fermented until they take on a reddish-brown colour with a delicate, typically earthy flavour.
The tea aids weight management, promotes the breakdown of lipids, and is a natural source of antioxidants that help protect the body against the harmful effects of free radicals. It helps to refresh the body and mind.
Ingredients:
Black tea (84%), natural flavouring, citric acid, lemon peel (1%)
Usage:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes. Always prepare a fresh infusion.
Recommended dosage: 1–3 cups a day
Storage:
Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C
