A meal plan tailored to your tastes, health and time constraints – including recipes.
How it works: once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email containing a link to a short questionnaire (covering eating habits, allergies, and favourite and forbidden foods). Based on your answers, we’ll put together your meal plan and send it to you by email as a file – you’ll also find it in your account under your order.
The usual processing time is 3 working days from the date you complete the questionnaire.
