Detailed product description
Baking Mix is a ready-to-use mix for making pancakes or crêpes with an exceptionally high protein content and an important source of fibre. The excellent quality of the protein is ensured by whey protein concentrate (WPC). Despite the high protein content, the balanced, delicate flavour of all the natural ingredients has been preserved.
Simply mix the Baking Mix with water in the specified ratio and pour it into a frying pan. With such a simple preparation, you can make delicious, soft and fluffy pancakes in just a few minutes. When combined with bicarbonate of soda, the batter can also be used to bake cupcakes, tarts and cakes – it behaves much like a protein batter, and the only limit is your imagination!
