cocoa for traditional baking with reduced fat content. Premium quality. A beautiful dark chocolate colour. This
cocoa is ideal for making intensely dark and moist sponge cakes, tarts, cakes and other traditional recipes. It is suitable for the Dukan Diet from Phase 2 onwards as a tolerated food.
