Tasty bars specially developed according to a recipe by the founder of the Dukan Diet, Pierre Dukan. They are an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran and the sweetness of chocolate. They contain 20.4% organic oat bran (ground and sieved certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran).
These bars are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption.
The box contains 4 bars, each weighing 30 g. They are packed in individual sachets, so you can take them with you whenever you like and avoid any potential cravings.

Usage:
Permitted quantities on the Dukan Diet: prohibited in Phase 1; 1 bar per day in Phase 2; 2 bars per day in Phase 3; and no restrictions in Phase 4. With the ‘step-by-step’ method: no bars on Mon and Tue; 1 bar on Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun.
Storage:
Store at room temperature; keep away from heat and moisture. Allergens: Gluten, soya, milk, eggs, almonds. Manufactured in a facility that also processes sesame and uses nut shells.
