Delicious bars specially developed according to a recipe by Pierre Dukan, the founder of the Dukan Diet. They offer an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran and the sweetness of chocolate. They contain 20% organic oat bran (ground and sieved certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran).
These bars are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and protein, and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption.
The Glycémia range has been developed for people with diabetes and for those who wish to avoid developing it. It is free from sugar and white flour and, most importantly, has a reduced impact on blood sugar levels! This range has been created for those who love sugar but not its consequences! Usage
Permitted amount on the Dukan Diet: prohibited in Phase 1; 1 bar per day in Phase 2; 2 bars per day in Phase 3; and no restrictions in Phase 4.Under the ‘step-by-step’ method: no bars – Mon, Tue; 1 bar – Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.

Oat bran 20%, oligofructose syrup, dark chocolate coating with maltitol 18% (cocoa mass, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), milk proteins (sunflower lecithin), sweetener: maltitol syrup, wheat proteins, soya extrudates (soya protein isolate, tapioca starch, salt), stabilisers: glycerol and acacia fibre, dried cranberries 2.1% (cranberries, concentrated apple juice, sunflower oil, 1% concentrated sunflower oil, 5% concentrated sunflower oil, maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid), dried raspberry powder 0.8 per cent, natural pomegranate flavouring 0.5 per cent, emulsifiers: soya lecithin, ground cinnamon 0.2 per cent.
Allergens
Gluten, soya, milk. May contain traces of other cereals, which may contain gluten, nuts, sesame and soya.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
