Crunchy and tasty biscuits developed specifically according to a recipe by Pierre Dukan, the founder of the Dukan Diet. They offer an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran, chocolate and orange pieces. They contain 43% organic oat bran (ground and sifted certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran).
These biscuits are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption.
The Glycémia range has been created for people with diabetes and for those who do not want to develop diabetes. It is sugar-free and white flour-free, and, most importantly, has a reduced effect on blood sugar levels! This range has been created for those who love sugar, but not its consequences! It protects you from being overweight, obesity and diabetes!
The box contains 4 individual packs – each pack contains 4 biscuits. They’re packed in individual sachets, so you can take them with you whenever you like and avoid any potential cravings.
Ingredients:
Oat bran (43 per cent) (gluten), dark chocolate with sweetener 20 per cent (sweetener: maltitol, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, reduced-fat cocoa powder, natural vanilla flavouring), sweeteners (maltitol, isomalt), candied orange peel, rapeseed oil, dried milk, milk-based raising agent, egg white, carbon dioxide 0.54 per cent.

Usage:
Permitted amount on the Dukan Diet: 2 biscuits a day in Phase 1, 4 biscuits a day in Phase 2, 10 biscuits a day in Phase 3 and no limit in Phase 4.
Under the ‘step-by-step’ method: 2 biscuits – Mon, Tue; 4 biscuits – Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
