Crunchy and tasty biscuits developed specifically according to a recipe by Pierre Dukan, the founder of the Dukan Diet. They are an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran and a caramel and cinnamon flavour. They contain 57% organic oat bran (ground and sieved certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran). These biscuits are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption.
The box contains 4 individual packs – each pack contains 4 biscuits. They are packed in individual sachets, so you can take them with you whenever you like and avoid any potential frustration.

57% oat bran, sweeteners (maltitol, isomalt), rapeseed oil, skimmed milk powder, soya flour, milk proteins: casein, acacia fibre, cinnamon 3.2 per cent, egg powder, natural caramel flavouring 1 per cent, raising agent (ammonium bicarbonates)

Usage:
Permitted quantities on the Dukan Diet: 3 biscuits a day in Phase 1, 5 biscuits a day in Phase 2, 10 biscuits a day in Phase 3 and no limit in Phase 4.
Under the ‘step-by-step’ method: 3 biscuits – Mon, Tue; 5 biscuits – Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun
