Crunchy and tasty biscuits developed specifically according to a recipe by Pierre Dukan, the founder of the Dukan Diet. They are an excellent combination of the exceptional properties of oat bran, crunchy seeds and the sweetness of chocolate. They contain 36% organic oat bran (ground and sieved certified Dukan M2bisB6® oat bran).
Chia seeds are small seeds from Latin America and are notable for their high fibre and Omega-3 content. Eating these seeds helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
These biscuits are free from white flour and added sugar, high in fibre and low in fat. In this recipe, sugar has been replaced with maltitol, which does not cause a rise in blood sugar levels after consumption. The box contains 4 individual packs. They are packaged in individual sachets, so you can take them with you whenever you like and avoid any potential frustration.

Usage:
Permitted quantities on the Dukan Diet: prohibited in Phase 1; 4 biscuits a day in Phase 2; 6 biscuits a day in Phase 3; and unlimited in Phase 4.
Under the ‘step-by-step’ method: no biscuits on Mon and Tue; 4 biscuits on Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, away from heat and moisture.
