Even as children, we used to look forward to it when Mum made pudding. We couldn’t wait for it to cool down, and we passed the time by licking the whisk and the saucepan. The pudding has lost none of its charm over the years. There’s a flavour for everyone. Why not try coconut? Simply add 1/2 litre of milk and 2–3 tablespoons of sugar
to the pudding mix. Its flavour is sure to win you over. Home is where the pudding smells!
