buckthorn and pear jam, sweetened only with apple concentrate, with no preservatives or colourings. Pasteurised. Made according to an original family recipe.
This combination works a treat! The full flavour of the pears blends beautifully with the subtle tartness of the sea buckthorn, creating a veritable organic jam symphony! Juicy sea buckthorn and ripe pears. The former is a natural source of vitamin C, whilst the latter brings sweetness and a full flavour.
