This
is a natural product, free from preservatives, synthetic substances, colourings and fragrances, suitable for direct consumption as well as for cosmetic purposes. It is resistant to heat and oxidation, remains stable even at high temperatures and does not go rancid!
Coconut oil contains the following saturated fatty acids: lauric, capric, caprylic and myristic acids; it also contains vitamins E and K. What makes coconut oil exceptional is that it consists of approximately 86 per cent saturated fats, which the body processes directly into energy rather than storing as body fat. It has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties and can be considered a natural antibiotic. It has a low glycaemic index of 40 and, what’s more, you won’t feel hungry after consuming it.
Coconut oil has a delicious flavour and, as a food, is easily digestible; it does not put a strain on the gallbladder and contains no cholesterol!

Usage:
This essential, unique kitchen aid is the perfect substitute for all types of fat used in baking, cooking or frying. For direct consumption, it is preferable to use virgin, unrefined oils – i.e. cold-pressed oils – which have been processed at a temperature not exceeding 42°C.
Storage:
There is no need to store it in the fridge; it sets at temperatures below 25°C
